Each week is meticulously curated to focus on essential skills such as crafting a visionary business plan, mastering financial literacy, navigating the digital landscape harnessing different platforms for effective business marketing, and culminating in a pitch-perfect presentation to confidently showcase their ideas.

Led by seasoned mentors and industry experts, our Female Boss Workshop aims to foster not only business acumen but also a sense of empowerment, resilience, and camaraderie among our future female leaders.

This project was split into two 4-week cycles, the first 4-week cycle covered hairstyling skills from amateur to expert levels allowing the young females the chance to practice their hairstyles on doll heads.

The second 4-week cycle covered the business side of things giving the young females the chance to learn how to setup a business from finances, branding, costings, promotion, social media, marketing etc.

We ended the Female Boss Project with a  2-week cycle which covered a dragons den theme, this allowed the females two weeks to formalise a business from everything they had learned and then pitch it to a panel of staff – in which they then receive a certificate at the end of the programme for their full participation.
